Online: Relaxing Into Awareness – A Daylong Meditation Retreat

with Lani Miller

Sunday, March 19th, 2023 | 10:00am – 4:30pm ET

This day will be an ideal opportunity for meditators who wish to explore participating in a retreat for the first time.

More experienced meditators are also warmly welcomed to attend and receive the benefits of taking the time to attend a retreat.

In this supportive environment, we will have the opportunity to experience the benefits of spending extended time in meditation practice by tuning into our own direct moment to moment experience. As an important part of this we will explore the balance between relaxing into our practice while still bringing a kind and dedicated effort to it.

There will be time for silent practice and also opportunities for connection.

The schedule will be focused on experiential practice. It will include meditation instructions for periods of sitting and walking meditation as well as Lovingkindness (Metta) meditation and a talk from the teacher.

During the retreat, there will be break for lunch. Please note: Some introductory experience with meditation is recommended for this event.
