The Four Noble Truths are the cornerstone of awakening in the Buddhist tradition. This course is comprised of four evenings in which we will explore each of the noble truths: the recognition of suffering, the undoing of its cause, the possibility of its end, and the means to walk the path to its end. There will be study material as well as an opportunity to explore this topic in some depth, through dialogue, guided meditation and discourse. The course is designed to be taken in full with no drop-ins and is suitable for both beginning and advanced practitioners.
