The Path is the Buddha's prescription for ending "dukkha," the stress, uneasiness and suffering we know all too well. The steps on the path of panna (skillful view and intention), sila (skillful speech, action, and livelihood) and bhavana (skillful effort, mindfulness, and concentration) are rich with effective guidelines for relating to life's challenges with understanding and love. This course will be given in weekly two-hour sessions over eight weeks. The focus will be on experiential exercises and discussion as we explore these steps.
