Third Monday of each month, 7–9 pm
July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, December 15, January 19, February 16
In this monthly teacher-led session participants will sit together and use Theravadan, Vajrayana, Advaita and Dzogchen teachings as a foundation to address how to integrate insight practice and Buddhism into daily living: any time, anywhere.
There will be opportunity to explore personal practice issues and applied spiritual philosophy both in the group and in individual interviews. The opportunity to work in an ongoing group is an essential support to practical application of Dharma into one’s life.
Participants should have a sincere commitment to self-exploration and basic knowledge of insight meditation practice.
