In-Person: Healing for Ourselves, Healing for the World – A Journey of Discovery and Possibility Through Mindfulness and Trauma Healing
with Aaron Solomon
Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Location: Integral Yoga, 227 W 13th St, New York, NY
Once revealed, the landscape of trauma that lives within us, both individually and collectively, can begin to transform.
Understanding and transforming the personal, collective, and ancestral trauma—unresolved suffering—that lives in our bodies and shapes our minds and lives, is essential for us to respond to the layered ecological and social crises of the 21st century.
Join Aaron Solomon for an evening exploring how grounding, presence, connection, and curiosity unlock our ability to hold space for pain, fear, and other strong emotions, allowing new possibilities to emerge and allowing deeper feeling and deeper seeing and understanding.
Relying on the wisdom and teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Dianne Poole Heller, Peter Levine, Thomas Hübl, we will explore the power of presence through mindfulness and awareness, the nature of healing, and how we can enter the stream of healing.
