We are living in a time of intense change: political, social, economic, and personal. Knowing who we are in this change, and as we change, is essential to our healing and liberation.

One way to work with change is doing the work of understanding where we end and where something or someone else begins. Another way of saying this is that we can work with change by working with our boundaries.

During this half-day offering, we will explore boundaries, why they are important to our individual and collective healing, and how to practice skillfully beyond boundaries.

We will engage in a wide range of wisdom teachings and dharma to deepen our understanding of our boundaries and the practices of our boundaries. We will engage in gentle seated, lying, or standing somatic practices and breathing practices during our time together. No previous movement or meditation experience is required.

All levels of practitioners are welcome.
