Have you taken an MBSR course? Would you like to spend time in community with teachers to help you refine your skills of mindfulness? This MBSR Daylong is for you! Practicing with other MBSR alumni and those currently taking the course, you will have a day to focus on mindfulness, what it looks in your life now, and build some momentum to continue these practices for time to come.

The registration fee includes teacher support. If you wish to give more in addition to the registration fee, the total (registration fees and additional contributions) will be shared between NYI and the teacher.
