In-Person: Chair Yoga – Gentle Movement for Everyday Life

with Ann Megyas

Thursday, January 9th, 2025 | 12:00pm – 12:45pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

In these 45-minute classes, we’ll focus on mind-body awareness, emotional regulation, and gently building strength and flexibility. You’ll also learn how to bring this practice home into your daily life, and how, just like with your meditation practice, even small practice sessions, done consistently, can result in transformational changes in your life.

Come join us on Thursdays this winter and see how easily a yoga practice can fit into your life!

This offering is part of New York Insight’s Mindful Movement series.
