Thursdays, March 6th – 27th, 2025 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET

Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

In a world that feels increasingly turbulent, and at times contentious, speaking from the heart can feel like a risky thing to do. When emotions run high—whether in our families, with friends, our communities, or the wider world—how do we stay grounded in compassion and honesty?

This four-week course will offer a practical and supportive space to explore these questions and feel into a dedicated time to practice relational dharma. Through the teachings and practices of the three refuges, the heart practices of the Brahmaviharas, and wise speech we will practice meeting and navigating everyday relational challenges with presence and care.

Using the renowned practice of Insight Dialogue as a framework for relational practice and Dharma contemplation, we will practice staying present and embodied in difficult conversations when it is skillful, speaking with courage and kindness, and tending to the emotions that arise when connecting with others.

Join teacher Peace Twesigye to practice the tools to help you engage with yourself and the world, speaking from the heart from a place of wisdom and care.

Some meditation experience is encouraged but not required. All are welcome.
