with Lin Wang Gordon

Sunday, February 2nd, 2025 | 10:00am – 12:30pm ET

Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

Come join the joyous occasion of the Lunar New Year for the AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islanders) community.

Lunar New Year, also known as the Spring Festival, is commonly celebrated throughout different parts of Asia, typically lasting 15 days. 2025 is the year of the Wood Snake, starting on January 29th. If you self-identify as AAPI and celebrate the lunar new year, join us for a sit to set intentions for 2025 and share your family traditions.

We would like to use this occasion to honor ancestry and heritage and explore what this holiday means to each of us.

We will have a sit and group sharing from 10:00am-11:30am and a vegetarian potluck from 11:30am-12:30pm. Please bring a dish that you would like to share.
