Thursday, November 7th, 2024 | 12:00pm – 12:45pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

In these 45-minute chair-based yoga classes, we’ll focus on mind-body awareness, emotional regulation, and gently building strength and flexibility. You’ll also learn how to bring this practice home into your daily life, and how, just like with your meditation practice, even small practice sessions, done consistently, can result in transformational changes in your life.

These classes are open to everyone, regardless of mobility. You’ll find the movements accessible and adaptable, no matter where you are or what your experience level.

So come join us for three Thursdays in November and see how easily a yoga practice can fit into your life!

This offering is part of New York Insight’s Mindful Movement series.
