Conscious Living | Conscious Working 2.0

with Brian Simmons

Wednesday, December 12th | 7:00pm- 9:00pm

Conscious living is treating every moment of every day as a meditation; it is cultivating wisdom through mindfulness. Mindfulness gives rise to awareness, and awareness allows our innate wisdom to flower. Wisdom brings forth compassion.

This advanced program is an opportunity to join a focused support group from 15 years of past CLCW participants to learn and apply heart and mind opening practices and understandings, blending wisdom, skillful behavior and meditation.

Each monthly session will be an exploration of a particular theme and the general application of wisdom, skillful action and meditation in daily life, at work, at play and everywhere in between. For continuity, there will be recaps and e-mail contact among the participants during the period between sessions.

This class is for CLCW graduates only. Located on the 7th Floor, Room 704

The registration fee includes teacher support. If you wish to give more in addition to the registration fee, the total (registration fees and additional contributions) will be shared between NYI and the teacher(s).
