Online: Everyday Life is the Way of Awakening

How can we find awakening in our body, relationships, and everyday life? In this online program with José Shinzan Palma, Zen priest and Dharma successor to Roshi Joan Halifax, we’ll contemplate how we can get out of the duality of “my practice and the world outside” through an exploration of the body-mind as the entire world.

We’ll use a classic Zen text by the 13th century Zen master Dogen as a foundation to help us examine what our practicing and studying efforts are ultimately for: to wake up to ourselves and the entire world.
