Meditation is wonderful. The teachings are a great gift. But how do we actually make progress on the path? First we need fire—motivation, a passion for practice. We also need to cultivate a forgiving heart—toward ourselves and others. Finally, we need to be willing to look deeply, fearlessly into the depths of our own experience.

Join visiting Insight meditation teacher, nico hase, for an evening of stories, reflections, teachings, and dialogue. Together we will explore these three foundations of fire, forgiveness, deep inquiry as a way of clearing out what might be holding us back, and finding the motivation to walk forward on the path.
