In this free orientation session, you’ll experience a glimpse of the Interpersonal Mindfulness Program and discover how mindfulness can deepen your connections with others and yourself. Meet the instructor, explore the program’s approach, and learn how it supports staying present, even in challenging conversations.

This session is ideal for those with prior meditation experience, including MBSR graduates or anyone ready to bring mindfulness into their interactions. Join us to explore how human relationships can become a rich field for mindfulness practice. No commitment is required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to engage.

Elaine RetholtzElaine Retholtz has been studying and practicing the Dharma since 1988. In addition to teaching Dharma at New York Insight, she is certified as both a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and MBSR teacher trainer. She has a deep interest in helping students integrate mindfulness practice into daily life.
