In-Person: Generation Meditation Sangha
2nd Monday of the month | 7:00pm – 8:45pm
This community meets monthly to meditate, discuss Buddhist teachings, and provide mutual support in applying these practices to the specific challenges of the participants.
The gathering is participatory and casual.
Discussion may follow inquiries about the reading, meditation practice, and life off-the-cushion, viewed through dharma teachings.
We aspire to build a community that is authentic, relational, pragmatic & joyful. All are warmly welcome.
There is no required level of experience or familiarity with meditation or Buddhism. Meditation instruction is given.
The age range to attend this sangha is 18-35.

Suggested donation is $10 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
NYI’s Covid Protocol for In-Person Indoors Programs:
•All participants must be fully vaccinated and have received a Booster shot – Proof of vaccination and booster is required during check-in.
•All participants must RSVP in advance before attending the program.
•Msak wearing is highly recommended at all times.
•For the health and safety of our staff, teachers, and community, please do not come onsite if you are feeling unwell. Please let us know so those on the waiting list will be able to attend.
