In-Person: GenMed Community Day – Connect, Share, and Deepen Your Practice

Sunday, May 4th, 2025 | 4:30pm – 7:30pm

Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

Join us for a special gathering designed to build community and deepen connections within GenMed! This event will be a mix of casual connection, meaningful conversation, and shared practice.

We’ll begin with a communal meal—bring a dish to share if you’d like! Afterward, we’ll explore key themes relevant to early adulthood through a rotating discussion format. You’ll have the chance to join small group conversations on topics that feel alive for you. We will make space for deep listening and open-hearted sharing.

This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded practitioners, explore what’s alive in your practice, and find a sense of belonging in the GenMed community. Whether you’re new to the sangha or a longtime participant, we’d love to practice and connect with you.

GenMed is a space for those who resonate with the experience of early adulthood—however that may look for you. There’s no strict age range; if this stage of life speaks to you, you’re welcome here.

The event will begin with a guided meditation and blessing of the meal.

Please bring a vegetarian or vegan offering to add to our delicious spread! Looking forward to sharing this time with you.
We hope to see you there!
