In-Person and Online: Happy Relationships Book Launch Event

with Sharon Salzberg and Kimberly Brown

Please Note: Sharon Salzberg will be joining this event via Zoom.

Friday, March 7th, 2025 | 6:30pm – 8:00pm ET

Join Sharon Salzberg in conversation with author Kimberly Brown as they discuss Kimberly’s new book, Happy Relationships: 25 Buddhist Practices to Transform Your Connection with Your Partners, Family, and Friends.

Sharon will talk with Kimberly about how meditation and traditional teachings can foster and create deeper, long-lasting bonds with the people closest to us, and Kimberly will share exercises and practices from her book. There will be an interactive Q&A session.

This program is appropriate for and open to anyone who wants to rekindle their connections and rediscover the beauty of supportive, loving relationships. No experience with meditation or Buddhism is necessary and all are welcome. There will be an opportunity to purchase a signed copy of Kimberly’s book after the program.

To deepen your exploration, you are invited to join Kimberly for her six-week course, Nurturing Happy and Healthy Relationships, March 18 – April 22, 2025.
