“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.” ― Thich Nhat Hanh

One of the most important aspects of the Buddha’s teachings is developing the ability to find refuge.  In a world that is always changing and often presents difficulty, it is essential that we have this skill if we’re to know true happiness in our lives.  There are various ways that, as dharma students, we seek refuge.  Ultimately, though, we have to learn to find refuge within, in the body.  In this online program, we’ll learn how to cultivate this critical skill.  The class will include teaching, instruction, practice, and discussion.  All are welcome to attend.

Registration: Updated pricing and times due to new online format
