Online: Neuroplasticity – Mindfulness Can Literally Change Your Brain!
with Dr. Paul Epstein, ND
Saturday, June 4th 2022 | 10:00am – 1:00pm ET
“Serenity is not freedom from the storm, it is peace amidst the storm.”
Neuroplasticity is defined as the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Join us for this 1/2 day program with Dr. Paul Epstein who will share neuroscience findings showing that meditation and mindfulness can actually change the brain. We’ll discuss neuroplasticity, how it happens, what it can result from along with its bright and dark sides.
With understanding and applying neuroplasticity, one can “re-wire” and “hardwire” the brain leading to more peace and happiness in our daily lives.
