Art empowers us all. In this powerful and transformational moment in time, there is a unique window for change. We can harness the power of creativity to live with awareness and intention for an interconnected, fulfilling life. Please join us for a creative, mindfulness workshop to cultivate resilience, calm, focus, and openness. Through creative exploration and compassion-based practices, we can inspire inclusivity, equality, and right action.

Janet Slom, founder of Mindfulness-Based-Self-Expression (MBSE) and author of “An Artful Path to Mindfulness” will guide us in:
• Meditations
• An introduction to MBSE through “An Artful Path to Mindfulness” workbook
• Freedom of Self Expression Art activities from the workbook
• A Creative Conversation for skillful communication and reciprocity
• Reflections, sharing and questions

The process fuses creative exploration – including drawing, writing, meditation, and gentle yoga to help you move beyond everyday constraints and express your innate wholeness and magnificence. It offers you an opportunity to explore the arts as a nonjudgmental, empowering, kind, limitless process that unites society across cultural and social divides. MBSE can inspire new levels of artistic and personal growth, overall wellbeing, generosity, and compassion. It is a guide to your creative heart and authentic voice as we work together to live peacefully in a Circle of One.
