These regularly scheduled mornings begin with a guided meditation, followed by standing or walking meditation. There is a Dharma talk and a question and answer period where attendees can inquire about practice.
Fee by donation: Suggested starting donation is $15 but whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. For this event all donations are shared between the teacher(s) and NYI.

Charmaine Henderson
Charmaine Henderson has been practicing insight and metta (loving-friendliness) meditation for over twenty years and teaching since 2000. She is a graduate of the Spirit Rock Community Dharma Leaders program and other trainings. Charmaine emphasizes the integration of contemplative practice into daily life. Currently she lives on the North Fork of Long Island and offers teachings there as well as in NYC.
