It’s natural to fear change — but it is possible to transform those fears into courage and ease. This daylong program will provide you with effective skills to reframe and navigate the emotional challenges of major life changes and transitions with a sense of equanimity and purpose.

Drawing from both classical Buddhist practices and Non-Buddhist techniques from a variety of sources, this program is designed to decrease dukkha, or suffering, and inspire courage and confidence for change. If you are facing a major life transition: career changes, graduation, relationship endings and beginnings, illness, children leaving the nest, going back to school, retiring, aging, the full catastrophe… this program is for YOU!

Meditation practitioners of all levels are welcome.
