Three Wednesdays, September 1st, 15th & 29th, 2021 | 7:00pm-8:30pm ET

The entire path to freedom can be framed as cultivating wise connections. In this three-series class, we’ll examine how to show up mindfully in relationship: with ourselves, other beings, and the world. Through small group practice, stories, silent meditation, and mindful speaking and listening, we’ll explore the multi-faceted world of relational mindfulness, including embodied awareness, the art of radical self-acceptance, and the possibility of finding freedom right in the middle of the tangle and dance of day-to-day relating.

We’ll draw on early Buddhist teachings as well as contemporary relational practices in our three sessions together. This course is designed for beginning and seasoned meditators alike – all are welcome.
