The Power of Forgiveness
with Elaine Retholtz
3 Week Course on Mondays, September 9th-23rd, 2019 | 9:30am – 11:30am
Whether it is the betrayals, disappointments, and abandonments experienced in our interpersonal lives, the injustices and tragedies perpetrated in society, or the various ways we have failed to live up to our own or others expectations of ourselves, forgiveness practice can begin to loosen the ropes binding us to the past. It can allow us to come more fully into our hearts and can be a catalyst that transforms bitterness, anger, and grief into compassion and lovingkindness.
Join us for a 3-week course examining forgiveness and how to heal our relationships with others, ourselves and the past.
