Compassion is the medicine we most need as individuals and a species to heal suffering and free our spirits.
In this special evening talk and daylong workshop with Tara Brach and Jonathan Foust, we will use the acclaimed RAIN (Recognize-Allow-Investigate-Nurture) framework to explore the healing and spiritual freedom that becomes possible as we learn to contact the vulnerability within ourselves and others, and respond with a loving heart.
Our time together on Saturday will include talks, meditations, paired (dyadic) practice and discussion, all held in the safe space of a caring community.
