Tuesday Dharma Gathering
with Lani Miller and Gary Singer
Tuesday, August 21st, 2018 from 7:00pm-9:00pm
The Tuesday Dharma Gathering provides an introduction to Insight Meditation, as well as an opportunity to meditate in a supportive environment. These teacher-led gatherings offer the opportunity to meet teachers, hear a dharma talk, and participate in a dialogue about how to apply the principles of Buddhist meditation to our daily lives.
If you are new to Insight, you can attend the Beginner’s Orientation to Insight Meditation for guided meditation instruction from 7-8pm.
If you are new to New York Insight or an experienced meditator, we encourage you to attend this open, community gathering and bring your friends. All are welcome!
Fee by donation: You can now pre-register by paying the suggested donation online for our Tuesday Dharma Gathering; as always you can just drop in and “pay what you can.” Whatever you offer is greatly appreciated and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds. For this event, donations are split between the teacher(s) and NYI.
