Online: Practicing with Trauma – A Half-day Retreat

The promise of meditation is to reduce or eliminate sorrow, pain, and distress, and to realize freedom from suffering. Yet, accomplishing this is much more complex for those of us with unresolved trauma. This class will include both classical and trauma-informed meditation instructions on working with sensations in the body, and delve into ways we can practice with, and not against, our fear, anger, and anxiety.
